2. What Personal Data Do We Collect?
The personal data we collect from you depends on the purpose of your interaction with us.
The personal data likely to be collected, depending on your interactions with us, are as follows:

During these interactions, we only collect personal data relevant to fulfilling the purpose for which it was collected.
Payment method data (credit card number, expiration date, authorization number, security code) are collected directly by our payment provider, Stripe, and are under no circumstances transmitted to us. Stripe's privacy policy is available here.
3. Why Do We Collect Your Personal Data, and What Are the Legal Bases for Our Data Processing? (Purposes and Legal Bases, as per GDPR)
The data processing operations we carry out serve various purposes detailed below. For each of them, the basis (legal basis) on which it relies is also specified.

4. Who Are the Recipients of the Data?
The personal data you provide to us are intended for marketplace sellers and CIXI services who use them for the purposes described in paragraph 3.
We do not transmit your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
The data we collect may be transmitted to providers (sub-processors) used by sellers for the execution of the contract, particularly for order delivery. Your data may also be transmitted to customs services in the event of international delivery.
Payment data is collected directly by the third-party service Stripe, under its own responsibility. Stripe's privacy policy is available here.
5. How Long Do We Retain Your Data?
Your personal data are retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill these purposes, unless the law permits or requires a longer retention of such data:

These data are then archived for an additional two years, with limited access, for limited and legally authorized reasons (payment, warranty, disputes...). After this period, they are deleted. By way of exception, purchase management and history data (particularly invoices) are retained for 10 years from the last event. |

6. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Data?
You can access the data concerning you, rectify them, request their erasure, or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data. You also have a right to object if you no longer wish certain data of yours to be processed.
You also have the right to define the fate of your personal data after your death.

Note that some of your personal data are necessary to use our services. For example, your email address is necessary to access your customer account. Deleting this type of data will make it impossible for you to use these services.
