Frame

Custom Bicycle Manufacturing


We use 2-meter grade 9 titanium tubes that Erwan shapes before machining and cutting them to assemble by TIG welding or by sleeve bonding with structural adhesive. The latter method, which is faster, reduces the cost of Made in France custom bike frames but limits design options.


Our manufacturing lead time varies between 6 and 12 weeks depending on the time of year.
